Wow, hard to find this kind of service these days. I worked on the installation from start to finish with Kat out of the Woodinville Office. Could not ask for better service from her. Then when I needed help later Kat was there. She gave me her cell phone number from the start, and never fails to answer!

Precision got me an appointment next day and Robert had our garage door up and running within an hour. We needed a spring replaced and a new bracket installed. He also checked a bunch of other items on our 20+ year old door to make sure it would last us quite a while longer. He lined everything up before departure. I’m not sure I’ve ever heard our door so quiet in the 13 years we’ve lived here. I won’t hesitate to contact again if we have any issues.

Robert Matthew’s was my tech today and I couldn’t have been happier.
Scheduling was seamless and contactless which I loved.
He called en route, was courteous in checking out my issues, and ultimately helped resolve the problems completely. I needed a new set up and he did a great job explaining everything, got me set up with the app, and connected my car.

DJ did an excellent job replacing the broken spring and bearings on our garage door. He was very helpful on information and what types of lube to use on the continued service maintenance needed. I recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door fixed.

I was in a pickle. It was Friday afternoon when my tenant called to say the garage door was broken. I needed to get it fixed and fast but who was going to come out on a Friday afternoon. Ariel came out twice, once this past Sunday and again today. We've already done today's review but Sunday's never went through, so trying again...on Sunday he diagnosed the problem and determined that it was covered by our warranty, but he needed to order the required part from the manufacturer. Before he left on Sunday he outlined the plan going forward including contact info and expected timelines. Ariel stuck to the plan, returning today to complete the repair to our complete satisfaction. Incidentally, he was sidelined by a neighbor on Sunday for an unscheduled assessment (I don't know if our neighbor is even a Precision customer), and Ariel was friendly and professional despite the added imposition on a Sunday. A+ in How to Grow a Business 101.
