The Precision tech, Chasen Leone, arrived on time, even though it was a rare Seattle snow day! He quickly diagnosed our issues and explained our repair options thoroughly, with no "upselling." The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and Chasen cleaned up all of the repair clutter. He answered any questions I had, demonstrated that all of the repaired parts were working perfectly, and made sure that I understood all of the functions and features of our garage door system before departing.
