I will give you 1 out of 5. Very unhappy with experience. I was going to be charged a service fee for a job today that involved re-inserting a track roller. This should have been a 90 day warranty item. My door was repaired by the same tech last month. Instead of the tech calling the office to resolve the issue, he got in his truck and drove off, leaving me hanging there.

Glad I called. Bryson was on it first thing in the morning, and fixed it right away. The problem was a corroded connection at the motor, rendering the installed switch inoperable. No warnings, it just stopped operating. Bryson taught me to check using the rem!ote. Happy ending!

Evan did a great job evaluating our old garage door opener which wasn’t opening the door due to worn parts. He summarized the cost of fixing what was there and the cost of replacing it with a new one. He had the parts to fix it if we wanted to. We plan to install new doors early next year and he assured me that if we installed a new unit, it would work with the new set of doors. We agreed to do that and he was prepared to do it as part of his visit. When he was done he went through how everything worked and asked if I had questions He answered my questions and he was going to give me his card with a phone number to call if we had more questions. I forgot to ask for the card after we completed paying and trying everything out. I would still like to get his phone number.
He did a great job, listened closely to what I had to say and quickly completed the installation which he was totally prepared to do. We really appreciated his help!!
