I am 100% satisfied with the service that I received from Chris. I called Precision Door at about 6:30pm on a Sunday evening, requesting emergency service for the coiling garage door at my commercial building, which would not close. Dispatch said that a tech would arrive between 8-10pm to attempt to repair it. I received a call from Chris Hunter at 8:20 pm confirming that he had arrived on site. After I explained to him the location of the electrical panel serving the garage door circuit and after I instructed him how to access the keys that he would need, he went to work repairing the door. By about 9:30 pm, Chris had completed his repair and called me to let me know that the door was operational and closed for the night. That was a relief because, without the repair, the building would have been vulnerable to mischief had the garage door would have been stuck open throughout the night. Kudos!
