I had an issue with a partially damaged garage door and called Precision this morning. Within hours, they were able to get a tech to my home to look at the issue, offer a temporary fix while a new part is ordered. The tech, Wesley, was so helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on a product that I didn’t need. He truly went above and beyond during the appointment. Thank you Precision! I really appreciated how prompt and helpful they were in a time of a garage door crisis!
