I had my single door replaced and was quite pleased with it. The installer suggested that I have a technician check the operation of the existing double door as it was making a lot of noise. Nate came out and listened and watched the operation of the door. He diagnosed the problem as unlubricated hinges and told me how to fix them. He also tested the springs and said they were working properly. He told me I didn't need an overhaul yet, but he gave me an estimate of the cost. I am quite pleased with the personnel at Precision Door.
I also want to give a complement to Kat, who helped me pick out the single door. She has samples of different doors with her and guided me to one that matched my existing door.
