Nothing went well. Disappointed in the quality. The installation was flawed and tge weatherstrip is bowed. One of the doors binds badly and won't close. Was hoping by going with a higher quote we would have had so many issues. 1 door is also leaking water between the panels.

My garage door stopped working. I was able to schedule an appt online which was very convenient and they came out the next morning. Communication was great! Brock explained everything very thoroughly and gave me several options at different price points so I could decide how to proceed. He was friendly and professional and completed the work the same day. Will definitely call them in the future if I need to!

Friday evening we heard the dreaded sound of our garage door spring breaking. After getting the car out, we called Precision Garage Door. The person on the phone was so nice and professional. Advised us that an appointment was available on Saturday between noon and four. I happily took that appointment. The next day at noon Taylor called and gave his ETA. Opener works, however, the technician had to cut away some drywall and didn't clean up the mess. Biggest issue was initially I was offered two options one at a little over $1000, the other over $2000. When the first unit that was installed turned out to be defective, another unit was installed that cost only about $750. I was told that unit would work just as well as the failed unit. If that was the case, why wasn't I offered that unit in the first place? I feel the technician wasn't as honest as he should have been.

We recently bought a house where the garage door openers had been serviced by Precision. When the wireless remote quit working, we called Precision for service.
Nathan came out and discovered the unit had corrosion from moisture, so we purchased a new unit, and Nathan programed it with the codes.
He reviewed the operation of the doors.
Then he programmed the remote in my car to open the door.
We highly recommend Nathan and Precision Garage Doors.

Josh Pinkerton from Precision Garage Door Service replaced the torsion spring, 2 ball bearings, 2 cables, and the keypad when the torsion spring of our garage door broke. I called the day before to make an appointment. Josh showed up promptly, and his work was exemplary. Our garage door is old, so it needed a lot of replacement parts. Josh offered 3 price options and we chose the most comprehensive option. The lady who scheduled our appointment was wonderfully helpful and pleasant.
