Saw the van yesterday parked at my neighbor's house and asked the tech if he could give me a quick estimate of replacing both our garage doors' torsion springs for our 20 year old house. A co-worker of mine had his break last summer and at the time I had investigated, it seemed all companies were saying they were booked a few months out. Nicholas is quite friendly and had 3 estimates written up in a few minutes, a good, better and best. We went with the 'better' (middle) of the 3, which was changing out the springs, bearings and rollers, too. All in all, the job went quickly, he arrived promptly the next morning to do the job and everything looks and sounds great (he also lubed up the hinges).
