Service was not performed. Nothing was performed. Technician was to bring with him replacement power boards (transformer) for the two hi-lifts or to reschedule when parts were available as this is the #1 part replaced on this liftmasters per Warranty and LiftMaster themselves. Technician was told on paperwork not to come out without the parts. If parts. What did he do? He came out, unloaded his ladder, did a continuity test on each high-lift, then was done in 5 minutes. He said, "Oh, I just needed to confirm." He then proceeded to sit in his vehicle for the next 35 minutes on his phone before he left the property. he did not follow-up with a quote or order parts. Only after a week and customer having to make phone calls (multiple) was I able to get a quote for repairs.

I have been a customer of Precision for more than a decade. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. At the beginning of my relationship with Precision, I purchased new garage door springs and even upgraded to springs that the technician told me had a lifetime warranty. I believe I paid over $800 at that time. Since then I have had some more minor issues addressed by Precision and then yesterday a door spring broke causing my garage door to be unusable. I was pleased to be able to get an appointment yesterday and Carl was the technician who came. He informed me that the existing springs did not have a lifetime warranty as I had been told when I purchased them those many years ago. I was taken aback at that news and became quite frustrated that I had been deceived. Carl said there was no record of my previously purchasing upgraded springs. It was most disappointing to realize that a company I had considered to be honest, had let me down in this way.

Mr. Spratt, Nikolai was exceptional and provided great service. However, I am very unhappy about the bill prepared by Nikoai’s supervisor and given to me today. Your website says you give a military discount. I showed your supervisor my military ID card and offered him a xerox copy of my ID. He told me he did not need a copy and I would get a receipt by email. I got the receipt later today and it does not appear that I was given the military discount. Your tech, Mike, did a very fast and good job of replacing two of my garage door openers. He was friendly and really knew his business. However, I didn't get to review the billing info I signed enough, and there is an error on it. The invoice, which I paid while Mike was there, states that he lubed and tuned both garage doors, when in fact he only lubed and tuned one. Precision Door Service owes me $59.95 plus tax, I believe.
