Daniel was awesome! The door drive and openers are awesome. But the Linear “smart” app for the door doesn’t work so far and has a 1 star average review on the App Store. That’s a bit disappointing.

I asked for Austin specifically because of the service he provided to me last August. He did not try to convince me to spend more money than what I wanted and listened to what my expectations were and worked with me to accomplish them. If I ever need garage door service again, I will again ask for Austin by name and if I see anyone needing a recommendation for garage door servicing, I will absolutely mention Precision Door Service.

Jake was AWESOME!! He was professional, courteous, on time, efficient, competent, friendly, polite, etc. He replaced my spring and checked out the other components of the opener finding another broken piece that he also replaced. I was 100% satisfied with the work done. I would highly recommend Precision Door BUT more specifically Jake Bawden. He is everything you would want in a service professional. I hope his manager appreciates him.
