Door was acting odd, opening and closing halfway. Did 'chat' from their website ( a real person on other end!) and got same day service. Tech arrived promptly, investigated, and said it was just older likely (bit quirky and extra bounces with wind might have misaligned the lasers). Gave me two options (lube/oil as originally booked, or also replace the rollers, which would make it smoother, put less strain on older motor, and rollers were getting older anyway). Went with second, no issues, no surprises. After a week just to test, everything is going well. So far, so good.
Would happily use Precision again.
