Precision Door Service replaced my garage door opener today. I was very pleased - they communicated clearly all along, from arranging appointment to technician sending message when they were near and arriving on time. The technician was Sean M. He assessed the situation and gave me an ETA - was able to complete the replacement in the same visit. Once install was finished they left the garage clean, and the tech gave me basic instructions on how the new unit works/code changes etc. So pleased with how smoothly it went and really like how the new door opener is so quiet!
