Ben tried to repair my garage door opener. I had had nothing but trouble since Nathan came on May 29th to simply lubricate and service my garage door. In the process of adjusting or doing whatever to my opener it started to just open by itself. Ben came to try to repair the problem. In his process he shorted out the motor. He installed a new garage door opener with censors and now the door seems to stay closed for the time being any way. Time will tell.
So for the first time since Nathan came here I hope to get a good night's sleep without having to check on the garage door all night long. Ben is a very competent and professional person, so I trusted him. Before that I had no trust in your company. Hang on to Ben, he gives your company good vibes. He was interested in the customer unlike Nathan who seemed to be mostly interested in a commission.

Was told that doors ordered would be in stock and take only 3 weeks for installation. Contract signed June 16th. It is now September 8 and I have tried to call and email your company to find out why its taking so long. The inly response is a blanket email about covid delays. If that was an issue I wish we would have been told that up front. I have requested a call back or email back more then a couple times with no reply. I have not been able to reach a human since I signed the contract. Very unhappy with customer service. I want to know what your going to do to make this right. If I don't get a call from someone I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the customer protection division of the attorney general.
