They were suppose to come out to only set up a new key pad and garage door openers but low and behold a freak accident had us believing we would need a whole new door which could cost thousands. Austin came out and reassured us he would fix the problem for little over a hundred. We just bought our house so his help and customer service was everything to us. He came back 2 days later and repaired everything within an hour. Little tip, always get a home owners warranty when buying a home. Would suggest Precision Door to anyone with garage needs due to Austin's knowledge and great service.
