We were disappointed. We simply needed rails reinstalled with the possible addition of motors. We understood upon scheduling that the truck would be well-equipped for basic services but when the consultant arrived, he didn’t have what he needed to reinstall the rails, he didn’t have what he needed to install motors - he was, literally, unable to assist whatsoever. Understanding that exceptions occur, I wrote the company explaining our disappointment. Upon receiving no reply, I chose to offer this candid reflection. This experience was not in keeping with the high recommendation of personal friends through GSBA. Surprised, disappointed and $80 poorer.
