The crew you sent was great. I replied to a message that was sent about their arrival but they never received it. It contained important information about the garage and it’s location.They informed me that the message originated from a main office and my reply was not forwarded to them. They are the people who should get my message not someone sitting in an office. Improve your communication with your front line workers, they do a great job and deserve the support.
