The service I had done was just about everything listed in your drop-down menus - door, motor, remote, and keypad. It is so quiet and looks just great - and there are lots of security features. We ran into the door and dented it beyond repair. I decided that it was time to replace everything and upgrade before it finally gives up, and it was a really great deal.

The problem turned out to be loss of programming due to a power failure so the door wouldn't completely close. Chris reprogrammed the motor, so it works just like before the power failure and installed a surge protector to prevent loss of programming due to power failure in the future. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job explaining things to us. We are very pleased with the work Chris did.

I contacted Precision Door to get an estimate to replace a commercial garage door opener, and a separate estimate to replace both the opener and the door. Matthew Bennett was the salesperson. He said he would get the estimate(s) to me within a week. That was on March 5th. I nudged him by email last week. Nothing has been sent to me.
