Duschaum Joseph was professional and completed our service visit with specific recommendations. He also was candid that I did not need teh new drums, end plate and bearing until I replace the springs on the two doors. I did purchase two surge protectors for our doors upon his recommendation.

Free service call AD on your website is not very clear that it’s only on Sundays as displayed. Receptionist could have clarified it doesn’t apply any other day. Disappointed! Tech Bryson did his job within minutes, but the experience with the AD was unpleasant and created doubts if I shouldn’t have just paid for the service call and not have you repair. Remains to be seen!!

Justin was great and did a terrific job. He had to replace the garage door opener because the circuit board was damaged by a power surge he thinks. What we are upset about is three years ago we had a tech come and change the opener code. At that time we had just bought the house and the tech sold us a warranty for $300 to cover the existing opener. He did not mention that we should get a surge protector because it was not covered by the warranty. I felt we were covered and find out we weren’t. We lost the $300 for warranty and then paid almost $700 to replace. I feel this is an item that really should be discussed when selling a warranty. I feel we should get some compensation for this oversight. We have been happy with the door opener otherwise and feel good buying a new one to replace the damaged one. Melissa Lasham
