We had a great experience with our technician Mathew Guerrero, he was prompt and explained everything he was going to do and asked if we had any questions. He installed a new door, opener and keypad. He went over everything when he was finished, wiped the door down inside and out and lubricated all the parts and explained why that was important to do regularly which we did not know. We had a spring break in half, after 15 years. We called Precision and got an appointment for the next day- late afternoon. Duchaum Joseph called that he could make it earlier. Ok! He arrived, inspected and had it replaced very soon. All the time giving us info about lubricants, and the lightbulb in the control box, etc. Very educational and a pleasant visit.
