Nick our Installer was so courteous and efficient, and he truly cared about making sure we were absolutely satisfied after a warehouse processing error necessitated him to have to back and change out our window panel style and also install the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. He’s a true gentleman and we really appreciate his great customer service! Our new garage door is beautiful and our new belt drive is amazingly quiet!

The Precision tech, Chasen Leone, arrived on time, even though it was a rare Seattle snow day! He quickly diagnosed our issues and explained our repair options thoroughly, with no "upselling." The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and Chasen cleaned up all of the repair clutter. He answered any questions I had, demonstrated that all of the repaired parts were working perfectly, and made sure that I understood all of the functions and features of our garage door system before departing. Chasen is a true professional and a pleasure to work with!
