Jordan just installed a new garage door. He had been given the wrong key opener cable so he couldn’t install that which is a problem for us if the power goes out—(the garage door is the only door to our garage. So he said to park on the street until you folks could send someone out to install the key opener. SO PLEASE SEND SOMEONE OUT! Otherwise, the door seems great and Jordan did a fine job as far as I can tell. Best, Scott

Our garage door spring broke so could not open it. We called Precision on a Saturday and they scheduled us for the same day, and arrive within an hour of our call. The service tech (Sean) gave us a quote, and then had the door fixed within a few hrs.
