Precision has been amazing to work with so far. Our old garage door motor finally went out and we were in need of replacing both the door and the motor. Kat came for initial consultation and she was knowledgeable, friendly and all around great to work with. Since we had some concerns regarding the plumbing pipe and valve getting in the way of the new tracks, she came out with another professional to have a second look and address our concern fully. Unlike the other 2 companies that came out, she also provided mock-up photos of what our house would look like with new doors which helped us decide on the door option faster/easier. Most importantly, they offered to install the motor first (to our old door) so that we can still use the garage until the new doors came (12 weeks lead time). Even though we haven't gotten our doors yet, I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience so far!
