Ben was very responsive to my call to come by to correct periodic door reopening after almost closing. Found loose control wires to motor which he trimmed and reinstalled. As periodic servicing had not been done for almost 2 years. Ben was able to accomplish before his next appointment in Bothell. Excellent service! A tech was available within 2 hours of my call. Sean came out and fixed the problem quickly. He discovered that the problem was with a bolt that the installing tech had put just a little too close to the track, so he didn't charge me (even though, technically, it was a little bit beyond the warranty period). Both Sean and the original installer were great, very courteous and competent. I will definitely keep using this company for any future garage-door needs.

you guys are great about showing up for the bids and everybody is great to deal with but we need to make sure we don't have the issue we did on the last door you guys installed. the bid included a chain drive but after wards they said it wouldn't work. and because the bid height they gave us they forgot the sprinklers were in the way as well as the building ties.

Things went very smoothly ; they actually arrived earlier than scheduled and were able to fix things in a tight storage filled garage Wes and his partner replaced all old hardware on my 30 year old door and brought it up to code even though my initial defect was a one sided broken spring . It was clear however that the other hardware was likewise aging out as well I would highly recommend their work
