Setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. They were able to book me an appointment right away. When Ben Bahr arrived, he arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He was able to install our garage door opener the same day as our estimate and was able to do it within a reasonable amount of time. Once it was done, he walked me through all of the options and details of our new opener. I was a repeat customer and will continue to be. The service, pricing, and attention to detail make them great to work with.

Chris and Daniel were awesome! No complaints. Communication and expectations were outstanding. I do have to say I was mislead about the service and price I was quoted by the phone rep. I made an appointment for a garage door tuneup for $79.95. Based on my experience with Overhead Doors, I assumed this meant they would do an inspection, lubricate door as necessary and recommend any additional items necessary to repair damage. However, instead I was told it was $89.95 for the tuneup and on top of that another $80 for the lube and tube. Not sure why I was charged twice or why they are considered two different services. What is a tuneup?

The service man was prompt arriving and completed the repairs expeditiously. While there was no extra charge for a Sunday repair, there appeared to be some price inflation in the individual line items. While describing the repairs, I stopped him and limited the scope of the work I needed done. I feel that almost $700 to replace the torsion springs is high. I have no complaint about the quality of the work.

Robert was amazing, both on the initial visit to attempt to service our previous opener and then again when he came to install our new opener to replace it. He was very easy to work with, didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need, and completed our install in a quick and efficient manner.
