Our technician arrived on-time, and completed our full service (removal and complete replacement of two garage doors) much faster than I thought possible! The full service included removing everything from our previous doors - including the motors, rails, and doors - and replacing them with new rails, belt-drive motors, insulated steel doors, and a keypad entry system. They even installed sealing strips around the edges of the garage door to make sure the garage was fully insulated! Overall cost was ~$3200, which seems reasonable and competitive for the work we had done. We've been very happy with our new doors so far. The belt drives are whisper-quiet (can talk on the phone while they're running without needing to raise our voices), and the remote access keypad is super convenient for getting tools out of the garage. Overall, I'm super happy with the doors (and the tech who installed them), and would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed on their garage doors!

First off, Bruce Cohn is not your customer or the home owner. He’s my ex husband and hasn’t lived here in 8 years. You could start by fixing your records. It’s offensive. I, Beth Featherstone am your customer and the person who ordered this repair. When Ronnie left he did not check that the garage door would close properly. I discovered it immediately and called. I was told by a woman on the phone that I’d have to wait until Monday between 4-6 pm to get a tech back here to fix it. I got very angry and asked her to explain to me why when Ronnie had left my home 5 minutes earlier that he couldn’t be called and told to come back and fix it. She told me “he has other jobs to do”. I demanded to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. She finally told me a manager would be calling me. I got a call from a manager and he explained to me the woman was in a call center in another state. He apologized and said he’d call Ronnie and get him back here right away. Ronnie showed up about 10 minutes later and corrected the problem. While the problem was ultimately fixed it was not a good experience. Listening to 10 minutes of a recording while on hold about how customer service is your top priority blah blah blah added insult to injury.

Weekend service call and no problem ... Ty was early and called to tell us he was on his way, he was great in explaining what was wrong and giving us a good range of options to remedy the situation. I had tons of questions and he was quick with answers and if he didn't know an answer he researched it. All in all another great transaction with Precision after years of solid experience with them.
