The tech was available to meet early, so we were able to get started ahead of schedule. My garage doors were in bad shape, so I decided to replace them both completely - new triple-core doors, rollers, springs, belt drive motors - the whole 9 yards. The tech had samples of the different door types to show us, and clearly explained the differences between each of the types. He also provided us with a catalog and explained the various design and color options that were available. After that, he took some measurements, answered a few more questions I had about the replacement and installation process, and was on his way. The whole visit was complete in under an hour. Wesley was a great tech - I was highly satisfied with his services, and would recommend him (and Precision) to others!

We made an appointment to get an estimate for a new garage door. While our sales person, Wes Campbell was getting all the measurements he noticed that one of our rollers was damaged. He didn’t have a replacement with him so he went back to his shop, got one and fixed it. Wes also gave us 3 different pricing options for a new garage door which was very helpful in our decision making. So as we wait for our new garage door to arrive, we take comfort in knowing our existing door will open and close without any mechanical issues. Thank you Wes for being very helpful and for going above and beyond to fix our existing door and help us decide on a new door.

Ron Greenman, Precision Garage Door Technician, called me 15 minutes before he arrived, thoroughly examined the complete door system, and discovered not only the one cable had the existing extensive fraying issue, but the other remaining cable also showed fraying as well. Both cables were replaced and Ron re-aligned the cable return drums to help prevent future cable fraying. Apparently, the cable drums were too far out of alignment with the corresponding door pulley wheels resulting in lateral pull. Lateral pulling is not what the cables' function is for. Thanks Ron for all the professionalism. The door has never closed and seated this good before! Dean Jackson
