Unfortunately the technician was given the wrong phone number. I’ve had precision door out twice and this is the first time that they had the wrong phone number.

They did a great job installing. They did not have the remote key pad. He made a note to have it installed/have one sent out.
4/23 follow up: I emailed Madeline in Customer Service on Wednesday, Friday and just now for an update. She has not responded regarding having the keypad installed. The installer also removed and took my old keypad. I asked her to have it returned so I can give it to my brother for his lift master garage door. Please provide an update on the installation of my new keypad and return of my old one.

The new door and opener is so quiet. My only complaint is that we have a MyQ door opener and it was on the old door when then came out, quoted and sold the new product to us. Today I found out that their door opener will not work with the MyQ product. I guess it was on us for not pointing it out and asking if it would work, but when our 15 year old opener worked with it, didn't think that a new one would not..
