I was interested in two things: Needed my garage doors serviced and get a quote on installing automatic garage door openers. I had another company out yesterday and they quoted me an installation that Evan said would not work. I didn't have sufficient space to install the motors. The guy yesterday said I didn't need a tune-up on the doors, they were fine in spite of the fact they were extremely difficult to open or close and their was an ear piercing screech when they were in use. Evan did a complete tune-up and they work perfectly now and are as quiet as a mouse after he replaced the rollers, adjusted the door spring and lubricated everything. So am I pleased with Precision?? Hell yes! Would I recommend them?? Absolutely!

Our service tech was friendly and efficient with installing new garage doors. The field manager was honest and didn't pressure is to replace our garage doors. We went ahead and replaced them as one was warping and they had terrible insulation properties. I'd recommend them to a friend and appreciate their warranty on their work.

Mike arrived, and once he asked some preliminary questions, he was able to diagnose the issue in no time flat. I was glad to be informed that the main issue was under warranty. 😄 I opted to upgrade the rollers (that were over 25 years old), Mike replaced them in a very short time. I am very pleased and grateful to be able to have my garage door repaired on a Sunday morning, freeing up the rest of my day!
