I called precision at 7.50 AM on Sunday with my one Garage Door spring broken. The attendant schedule an appointment of 2 hrs window from 8-10. Austin an assigned tech call me 30 mts later and informed that he is on his way. Austin arrived well in widow by 9.AM. Austin is a great tech and an asset of his company. He performed the job very perfect and also suggested me to change both spring and one bearing in between. I was very much convinced of his suggestion. Being an electrical and mechanical engineer I validate his suggestion and got the work complete in a very professional way without any jiffy. My garage door was operating back in 3 hours from start of my call to end of my project. I will definitely recommend Precision and Austin to my Community members for Garage Door need.

As a first time home owner you never really know what to expect when hiring someone to fix something/perform a service. I am extremely happy I chose precision garage door, Austin was great! The whole appointment went really well. I received a call ahead when he was on the way and he showed up right on time within the quoted window. He was properly equipped with mask and gloves which was refreshing. Austin explained what kind of door opening system I had which was nice because I have no idea about those systems. He diagnosed the problem right away, fixed the issue I was having, and explained another recommendation which was executed perfectly. The communication was excellent from start to finish explaining my different opinions on a possible new motor, what to expect from the current motor, no pressure quote for the new motor that fit my needs. I have no doubt that when I have any other work needed on my garage door it will be precision that I call.
