Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed work needed ahead of time and also reviewed work completed. The garage doors and parts had not been maintained or replaced since this home was built, so a lot of work had to be done. Justin was very fast and efficient with the job. We have a non-verbal child with special needs. Eloping out the garage is an issue that is both terrifying and a safety issue. The hold down for three seconds to lock the garage door was mastered by our son. We called Precision door, who installed our doors originally, and asked if they could put key pads inside to secure our garage better. Both the technician I talked to on the phone and Bryson who came to our house listened intently and were very kind of our unique situation/request. I am not sure Precision fully comprehends the peace of mind they gave us by installing keypads so garages can only be opened with a code entered. Thank you so much

They need to do a better job keeping the appointment within the window frame, if not provide an update and Courtesy call. Second spring broke because of refusal to do both under warranty even though if one fails the other usually follow suit thereafter. Two service charges and lots of inconvenience within a short period of time from each other is not very pleasant.

Jordan & Nikolai are skilled professional garage door installers. They did a great job removing my old door then installing the new door & Opener. Only issue not their fault, was I was SHORT two Horizontal Panel struts/braces.
