tech was great. he was professional and extremely courteous, this was preformed in a rental house where the tenant told me the door works better than ever. contacted me when he was finished explain what he had done. he sold me the top of the line which i feel fortunate to be able to purchase there was no pressure just detailed information. i was very pleased to have this much care into my rental house as my own thank you

We had Precision install a new motor and service our door a year ago so when we had both cars in the garage and could not open the door, we made an urgent call to our service guy (DJ)'. He was able to fit us in and replace the twenty year old broken spring within a couple of hours. Great job, we also have the quietest door in the neighborhood Bud and Mary Sutton.

VERY pleased with the service provided this morning. I was notified several times of ETA of the the technician along with his name and picture which I appreciated. It gave me time to prepare for him. Austin was prompt, very courteous, professional, personable and very thorough in his inspection of my garage doors. He quickly fixed the problem and gave me a mini course on how the springs work and what to watch out for and listen for as they begin to age. I will be contacting them again in the near future to repair the minor problems he pointed out to me.
