Mike arrived within the hour of my call on a Saturday morning when one of the rollers popped out of the track. Very much appreciated how quickly he was able to come to my house and fix the garage door! Carl was very professional and gave me 2 options to fix my issue (garage door would not go all the way up without assistance). I took the less expensive option at the time. He could have insisted on the more expensive option to replace my springs and rollers. I had the springs replaced by a different company previously which apparently were the weaker type but still in good condition. Carl adjusted my garage door opener and gave it a tune-up. My neighbor also had a new garage door opener installed by your company and was happy with the installation. For future garage needs, I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you.
