I was glad to receive such a prompt response! I called yesterday and Dakota was able to fix the issue quickly - he was even early so my day was not interrupted! Dakota is knowledgable and even fixed my key lock so now I can open the door if the power goes out - have not had that ability in 10 years! I am a greatful and happy customer!!
