Today, Precision Door Service sent their Tech, Carl Richardson, to perform "periodic maintenance on my residential garage doors. All went well. He installed a new keypad while he was here, and the doors operate perfectly. Carl is a great representative of the company. He's personable, polite, obviously knowledgeabe, and efficient. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could address my broken garage door the day it failed. Karlou arrived a bit early and was wearing a mask. He was friendly, accommodating, and quick. The entire repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. The price was more than I expected, but considering that I had not kept up with standard maintenance, and the door was on the cheaper side when installed, I probably did ok. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Karlou & his young protege, analyzed my remote problem, fixed it & advised me I could still use the 22yr+old unit for some time. I appreciated his advice & decided it was within my budget to replace the old unit, give myself peace-of-mind (& a LOT less noise) & have a new Marantec Synergy 260 installed. The weather was perfect, I could cross off a piece of equipment that would be nearing the end of it's utility to me & function better in & around my garage. Carlo did a great job repairing out broken spring on our door. He was courteous, professional and attacked the job. He also took the time to make sure several function of the operating door were working properly and gave me some maintenance advice to make sure my doors would continue to function properly. I make one mistake. He sent me my paid bill receipt via email, but I accidentally hit the delete button so I don't have a copy of my paid bill. Excellent service. Arrived the next morning. Arrived on time, respectful. Quickly assessed the situation and addressed it. Very happy with Precision. This is the 2nd time we've used them and will definitely use them again. As a side note, we also inquired about purchasing/installing new garage doors at the same time.
