I am completely satisfied with Precision Door from Day 1 (Oct 28 2005). They’ve only had to service the doors twice and both times it was covered under the lifetime warranty. The doors are so quiet, it’s unbelievable. The service tech (Austin) was so polite and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was. Right before his leaving, I remembered something that was happening to the other door and he fixed that in minutes. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone thinking about new or replacement garage doors.

Top notch service from Bryson. Fast repair, including reattaching tension cable, resetting the torsion springs, lubing hinges and replacing all rollers with upgraded parts (recommendation from Bryson) which are lifetime warranted and require no maintenance. THAT, I like. I would recommend Precision to anyone for repairs on their garage door. Keep up the high standards folks.
