Matt came out to replace our garage door which was dropped and damaged during a previous repair by another repair tech. Though it took some time to resolve this issue, largely due to the pandemic, we could not be more happy with the result. We are grateful to manager, Craig Sheldon, working behind the scenes on our behalf, and to Matt who went above and beyond to replace our door and exceeded our expectations by making sure all the components and supports were tuned up and secure. Turns out there wasn’t anything broken, Jake discovered that the thieves picked the emergency release to get in. He reset the lock and the door works perfectly !! He was friendly and professional I feel bad wasting his time but safer knowing that nothing is broken and working fine. The thieves were just persistent. I will have to get security from the inside set up. Thanks for all your help!! You folks are the best!!

Garage door was possessed, I called Precision to schedule service. The tech arrived about an hour later, confirmed a poltergeist in the 22+ year old opener. JP rapidly exorcised the demon through full replacement of the opener, and never before has my garage door opened so smoothly and quietly. Great job!
