The call for repair was to secure a broken glass aluminum door that got a rock through it. Technician did some random work on another door and then left. No call as promised. Even dispatch couldn’t reach him after he left. Our warehouse remains unsecure and we now have two men waiting for tech to return or call. Hoping this all ends well and we don’t get charged for fixing a door that was still operational. Hoping to get a call sooner than later. 6:12 pm now? Here’s hoping.
