Excellent service. Arrived the next morning. Arrived on time, respectful. Quickly assessed the situation and addressed it. Very happy with Precision. This is the 2nd time we've used them and will definitely use them again. As a side note, we also inquired about purchasing/installing new garage doors at the same time. This service company is amazing. Called after 8pm at night, had Ron to our place by 8am the next day! Called before hand alerting he was 15 min out, was respectful and wore a face covering the entire time. Ron was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our general contractor subs had incorrectly removed and assembled doors which in turn damaged them. Ron was able to correct all issues and document everything that was fixed for us so we could make a claim against our contractor. He even pointed out the unsafe issues and offered us options and costs before hand. Not only would I call them again, but we may purchase new doors through this company as they have a great warranty as well. I would ask for Ron again if he was available.

SO far so good, the tech was courteous, informed, and respected our request to wear a mask. He listend to what was important to us and provided two quotes that we will review. Can't say enough about the great service we had with Chasen Leone and his trainee. Chasen inspected and checked all parts of the garage door, motors etc. He reviewed and offered options with me for the repairs needed in words that were easy to understand. Said springs might last a couple years. Since I had two knowledgeable workers here and when asked they had springs on their truck, we opted to get the springs replaced now. We are happy with the finished project. Thank you Chasen.
