He explained how the mechanisms worked in detail so I understand how it works so can spot problems; and also do some self help upkeep. My garage door opener quit working after many, many years. Chris Tiffany and Caleb did a fantastic job basically rebuilding the entire system. James the technician showed me how to get the slide off to get the batteries changed. Turned out the connection on one of the batteries was not secure. Also the key pad was defective so he changed it out. James was very professional and had the pad working in no time.
