Such great service, the repair guy arrived the same day we called! I was worried that he would strongly suggest we replace our 2 (20 yr old) doors which sometimes won't completely shut with the remote. Not to worry, he did a service on them and repaired both doors for $250 instead of replacing them for over $1000. Thank you. With COVID's shutdown, we are saving all our pennies and spending them as wisely as possible. Glad this could be done reasonably.

Precision of Seattle installed the ultra quiet garage door opener and did the maintenance call once in the 5 years I have been a customer.

Matthew and his partner were amazing. They came and worked hard. When the first delivery was wrong the first time Matthew got it resolved by calling Craig and except for a rather long wait to get them they upgraded us and helped us.
Mathew and crew put the new doors in and cleaned up after themselves nicely, as well as took the time to show us how everything worked. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door!

I am completely satisfied with Precision Door from Day 1 (Oct 28 2005). They’ve only had to service the doors twice and both times it was covered under the lifetime warranty. The doors are so quiet, it’s unbelievable. The service tech (Austin) was so polite and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was. Right before his leaving, I remembered something that was happening to the other door and he fixed that in minutes. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone thinking about new or replacement garage doors.
