Ronald seemed very experienced, and took his time to examine all the potential issues of my garage door. He pointed out different failures (ball bearings in the rollers, the wood panels starting to crack) and it became apparent to me that the door is going to need to be replaced. He skillfully straightened and reinforced the left track to keep several of the broken rollers to stay in the track while I consider what I want to order (likely custom wood for an older bungalow style home). He answered all my questions, and I knew at the end of the service call what the next steps were. I hope you can assign him to install the new beautiful wood door I expect to order in the next couple weeks.
