This was my first experience using Precision, garage door services. From my initial called through my on-going dialog with their technician Chris Tiffany. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and PGS automation that is set up to communicate with homeowner's or landlord's. As the landlord, I want to get issues taken care of as quickly as possible using a company I can count on for a quality repair or call back service.

That feeling you get when your garage door fails or in my case, nearly falls off the rails! I was so worried that the door was not repairable … I made my appointment with Precision to come out and take a look. As soon as Carl came to assess the damage , I was reassured. Carl was so professional and positive! He assured me he could fix it right now… in a dark and somewhat crowded garage. Carl did the repair in no time and now the door works like new. Our garage door would not open on a Saturday morning.The spring broke. Called for a repair service. A Jessie showed up within their 4 hour window. Taylor Gleave was my technician that showed up on time at my home to set up a new Remote for me as my old one had quit working. Taylor was easy to work with and set up my new remote quickly and before before he left, made sure that my outside keypad was also set up correctly and worked with both of my garage doors. I will definitely call Taylor if I have any adjustments or problems in the future and need help with my garage doors.

One of our garage door springs broke and it was simply time to replace 25 year old motors and door hardware. We made an appointment online and everything was finished two days later in a single visit! Our technician, Taylor Gleave, arrived promptly after calling in advance and was very helpful and knowledgeable. After discussing various options and agreeing on a solution, he installed two new openers and all new door hardware (springs, rollers, bushings, the works) (but kept the same door panels) and made sure everything was setup and working in about 5 hours. Going from ancient junky and loud hardware to WiFi enabled whisper silent hardware with cameras that works with Amazon is amazing!
