first - outrageous cost to replace my garage door opener. after i checked with Amazon the price i paid was really an eye opener. $3200 change was really unfair. Second - your installer left without helping me to pair the opener with any of my car. Third - instruction he provided was totally unusable. Not happy at all.

Jesse was great and a true professional. He came in for a tuneup on my garage, assessed the current condition, and presented me with options. There was no sales pressure at all. He continued to lubricate the garage points, tighten any bolts, and tested the garage again and again to make sure it’s functioning properly.
At the end, he was detailed on different options, services, parts, and warranty.

I had my garage door fixed about a month ago by a local recognized company and then a few weeks later the garage door was having problems. I texted, emailed and called multiple times with no response. So I decided to call Precision Garage Door.
Rob the technician who came out was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He showed me what was worn out and/or poorly installed and answered all my questions. Door works better than new. He installed better rollers and now the doors are quieter too.
The price was an initial concern but was worth it not to have ongoing door problems.
