The Tech: Matthew Guerrero that worked on our garage was by far the most professional and complete service person to ever work on our house...inside or out. He is an asset to your company. Treat him well. Your office practices are in far greater need of improvement. The current charge card machines your employees use need a receipt given directly to the customer at the time their card is used. I would very much have liked to have a copy of the contract or order for the proposed work to be done. This project was covered by insurance and there was nothing to pass on to the the insurance company except when the charges appeared on my monthly credit card bill. Paper Work is inexpensive but a necessity and a need for most large improvements or changes made to a house. Is there any sort of guarantee or warranty? If there is I would like a copy mailed to the address of the job site. Receipts of the cr. card charges as well as the proposed job as I previously mentioned. We too have bills to pay and issues to justify repair. Thank you for the opportunity to express this and perhaps help you out just a little if nobody else has told you this. Thank Matthew as well. My home warranty selected this company. The Technician, Justin, was amazing. Not only did he get the garage door opening again, but he performed some maintenance which resulted in a smoother and quieter opening/ closing. I asked if he could check the extra keypad, which he did and after trying several sets of batteries determined the keypad was bad. He had one in stock and the cost reasonable. Before he leaving he gave me a couple of simple tips to help extended the life of the motor. Great experience and I am so happy with how my door works now.

Mike was very Professional and noted several problems regarding the installation by DOOR PRO, the contractor who was contracted by COSTCO to do the installation. Mike did an excellent job and I will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors who may have any problems with their garage door(s). I truly appreciated Precision's promptness in being able send Mike Rotermund to meet my needs today in a very timely fashion. One of the springs broke and since it was not of good quality - only lasted 4 years - I approved replacement of that spring plus the other one with your premium quality torsion springs - Powder coated and weather resistant. Many thanks again Mike for the Outstanding job and noticing all of the other problems with my garage door installation.

I was very impressed with Drew!! He was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and answered my many questions!! We purchased the PDS 370, springs, endcaps, rollers, keypad, door switch and remote openers. An impressive upgrade from what we had...so much quieter! We’ve only had it for a day but so far so good and hope it lasts as long as advertised. The Precision Company was very professional with a very kind receptionist, prompt response, loved the text messages, definitely will promote PDS as a company to use for service, as I’m on our HOA architectural board.
