He identified the needed repairs and gave me a clear estimate. Then he expertly and efficiently completed the repairs, putting the garage door back into service. I don't think the technician was really able to diagnose the problem because of which the garage door wasn't closing past couple of days. Unfortunately, the garage was working when he came which made things harder. On hindsight, the hypothesis b the technician that the trolley wasn't going till the end of the chain because the springs were weak and had to be replaced couldn't entirely be accurate as this was happened even when the door was disengaged.
Overall, I did a feeling that Precision Doors comes with a 'problem solving mindset' when you come on Home Warranty call Vs. with a 'sales mindset' when you come on a non-Home Warranty initiated call.
