Precision Door were great. I especially appreciated the pre-meeting communication. We received texts and emails not only with our appointment time, but with a picture and small blurb about the tech coming over. This lends itself to a feeling of trust right away. Our tech who did our estimate was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. We had a couple other bids that were close or even a bit lower, but we could just tell the quality of Precision Door. They were able to get us on the schedule within the next couple weeks, and our tech Matthew was great. He removed our old, rickety door and opener and installed our new door and opener in about 4hrs. We are thrilled with the new door and will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks. Thank you!
