Our technician JP Felix was communicative and arrived within the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable about our very old garage opener system, which was fortunate. He luckily had the needed parts available. He completed the job in a timely manner, too. This was our second time using Precision Door and, if needed in the future, we will call them again!.
