This was for dual gate opener replacements via Precision's commercial dept. not Garage door related as you have hard coded into this form. I started by calling for an estimate. I was told that someone would call me back within the hour. No call back so I had to call back after a couple of days. I called again and was advised to just make an appt and someone would show up and discuss our needs. Ricky called to say he was on his way, but didn't tell us when he arrived to look at our gate which is not within sight of the house. I left a message asking Ricky to call me to discuss our needs, but he never did. I then had to make multiple requests to get an estimate from Precision, which took too long and too much of my time. Tracy was the only person at Precision who was helpful and followed up. We went with another company who responded, communicated, listened to our customization requests, provided an estimate when promised and answered our questions...
