We had accidentally left our garage door open and had some very important items stolen from inside. Needless to say we are extremely upset. Precision gave us a very quick service appointment and sent Alexander to reprogram our opener, setup new remotes and install a keypad. He was incredibly personable, professional and thorough. Install was very quick and he also gave us a lot of good pointers in dealing with our opener. Highly recommend Precision and thank you for sending Alexander , he was fantastic.

My bride call Precision to help with our garage door that got stuck one side up the other side down . Our technician Ben Bahr came out we have had him previously. He fixed the problem with a new torsion spring and adjusting the bolts a little. Then my bride was leaving and the garage wouldn’t close it was doing the same thing . She called him and he came right back out in a few hours , l was home now and he was perplexed , on what was going on. He troubled shooter to himself and he came up with an action plan . He replaced 10 garage hinges because he found out that the tension cord that helps lift the garage door was catching on the bolt of the hinge. So Ben replaced those with ones that don’t have a screw on the end . It worked and works fine now. You know at the end of the day what matters is the customer service. You can find a garage company any where to come out, but will they go above and beyond from the front of the house to the back of the house of their business . Case in point we got double charged and Ben caught it not us, and a young lady named Megan Moller sent us email with in a few days. It said our transaction has been refunded and sent us a receipt of the transaction . They will have my business and word of mouth going forward. Thxs

Garage door stopped opening and we couldn’t even manually open it. We called on a Friday evening and their call center was able to get us a tech for the next morning. DJ arrived during the hours that were provided by the call center. He instantly knew that the spring had broken just by looking at the door. He then looked at the whole door and told us exactly what was needed. This door had never been maintenance since the house was built in 1998. He then told us about what the options we had, and explained in detail what needed and what was optional. After everything was fixed, he explained how to properly maintain the door every six months and what products to get. He also told us when the rollers would need to be replaced (6-7 years from now) and gave us a quote. He also taught us how to protect the door from intruders, and gave us his contact information in case we had a problem with the door before calling in to get an appointment to see if it’s something that he could just troubleshoot over the phone. He was very professional and really explained how the garage door really worked. I learned a lot.
