Getting set up was a breeze. My technician Henry was polite, professional and easy to work with. Was given different options to chose from, no strong arms sales tactics. Chose PDS-270 openers. Our openers were anywhere from 10-20 years old when we bought the house this summer. Time to upgrade to the 21st century! Remote, keypad and app access with lifetime warranty. Installation was smooth and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

We were having a great deal of noise coming from our garage door opener. Duchaum Joseph (DJ is what he goes by) was the service rep. who came. He was thorough and replaced the gears and lubed everything. He also instructed us on how to keep the opener working properly. He showed us just how to lube the door and runners and what lubricant to buy and use. Very nice guy who really knows his business.
