I used Precision door's online service and scheduled an urgent visit as our garage door failed and came crashing to the ground. Precision door called to confirm the appointment window. Our family changed plans to be sure we were home. Two plus hours into the 3 hour window, I called Precision Door and was assured the tech would show up. They even put me on hold and "spoke with the technician."
No one showed up. No one called that evening. No one called the next day with any sort of explanation.

my old garage door opener quit working and Antonio came out on a Sunday and fixed it. It had stripped its gears because the rollers were binding in the track and because it was nearly 40 years old. He replaced the warn rollers, adjusted the track and put in new gears. It works so nice now. I'm very pleased with the service

I can only say good things for your company, except that the service was so very expensive!!! $1800! 7 years ago my garage door repair was $350 and the damage from the door springing loose was more to repair. Hmmm, government say 8% inflation. That is not what I see! I just pray that your business stays in business for my lifetime!!! It was easy to make an appointment and you kept me well informed of the timeline. Justin was professional and had my door repaired in 45 min. Thanks

Robert went way out of his way to make sure our garage got fixed as soon as he could, and he did it with utmost professionalism. We had to wait for approval from insurance to get the work done, and he came out the night we got approval, after normal working hours and after working a full day, to make sure our garage was back in business. When he came out to inspect our broken garage door opener, he explained in detail all the issues he would address and why, and when he installed the new one explained all the features of the new opener and walked us through set up. Can't recommend him more.

Very happy with my experience with Precision garage doors. They were referred to me by other happy customers and found a special they were running in the Home Concepts magazine that saved me a good amount of money on the install. Pricing was all documented in their system when giving me a quote - meaning everyone gets the same quote. My competing bids were much higher, and based off non specific chicken scratch notes. As a women, I've received much higher quotes for services than guys I know. So happy I didn't have to deal with that with Precision. Everything down to the scheduling and communication was extremely well done and catered to the customer experience. I even received text messages and pictures of who will be at the appointment and when they leave. Outstanding! Will recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door or service.
