Mike was delayed on his previous job, but called ahead to let me know, and again repeatedly until he got me when he was on the way. He clearly explained my problem (broken spring) and my options for repair. I appreciated his careful approach, and he obviously was very experienced at his job. He was affable and very easy to deal with. I will call them again, he came out on Saturday and took care of us. He was better than the last garage door guy I hired, who told me to call Liftmaster myself to replace my wall mounted switch when it started not responding!
